Order Fulfillment Policy: An order is considered complete once the final deliverables have been given to client. If the client has not used their three revisions already and do not contact Sade & Sally within seven days of receiving their deliverables, the order will be considered fulfilled, and marked “closed.” If there are re-shoots or edits to be made, they must be completed during the review period. The client is entitled to three (3) rounds of minor edits, which may incur additional costs.
